A good password is only one layer. Here is what makes the real difference.
Use a unique password everywhere
If one site leaks your password, attackers often try the same one on your email, bank and social accounts.
MFA changes the game
Prefer a passkey or security key when possible, then an authenticator app.
Length before complexity tricks
A long random secret is generally better than a short one filled with predictable substitutions.
Do not change it just because
Change it if it is compromised, shared or suspicious, rather than mechanically for no reason.
Your master password is special
It should be long, unique, memorable and never used on another service.
