Personal Vaults
- Create your encrypted identity and choose a strong master password.
- Create a vault, then add logins, cards, notes, keys or documents.
- Enable MFA where available and monitor password health.
- Use Autofill instead of revealing or copying a secret where possible.
Business Vaults
- Define organization-wide policies and roles.
- Prefer groups and departments over repeated individual grants.
- Always separate administration, Reveal, Copy and Autofill.
- Advanced adds succession, offboarding, Recovery, JIT, dual approval and post-departure rotation.
Recommended routine
- Review critical risks and compromised passwords.
- Periodically review access and inactive users.
- Process open rotation tasks after a departure or exposure.
- Review reports and audit logs according to your role.
